The capsules are min. 50% humic acid, a highly water-soluble natural mineral in plant-based vegan capsule bodies.

The biggest advantage of Optimum small intestine soluble capsules is the protected release of the active ingredient. The special coating protects the humic acid from the degrading action of stomach acid, so that a much higher proportion of the unchanged form is delivered to the site of absorption.
